Requirements

Members must have: 

 

  • A 1,000,000-liability insurance

  • Business registered in the state of Florida.

  • ServeSafe Manager license.

  • Be fully gluten free.

  • One-month refundable deposit.

Rent is paid on a monthly basis, not hourly. Long term space sharing is also available.
