Gloo10 gluten-free commercial bakery incubator is the right space for a startup or for an established company that needs an immaculate state of the art space in the heart of Ft. Lauderdale, near Lauderdale by the Sea. The Lab has venting for ovens, stoves, mixers, mousse making machines, Bain Marie, Proofers, bread kneader, epoxy floors, perfect lightning, grease trap, water filtration system, remodeled and reconditioned space for bakeries, pastries, granola making, food lab. Since this is a certified gluten-free premise, one of the requirements is that all foods used on-premises must be gluten-free. The premise does not have a gas range or a hood for cooking with fire.
